Fight Factory offers a wide variety of group classes led by some of Tampa’s leading fitness experts. Our trainers are hand selected for their specific training approach and expertise.

You can expect your workouts to not only have the Fight Factory intensity, but also to always be fun and new. Our classes come free with your Fight Factory membership and are perfect for those motivated in a group setting or looking to add something challenging, different and exciting to their workout routine.

Group Class Descriptions

“Train like a PRO”

            “Train like a PRO” gives you the chance to train like an elite professional athlete! Let Yo, a former pro, take you through an intense workout that will challenge your strength and endurance. (Led by Hybrid Performance Trainers)

Four Quarters Boot Camp with Ian Beckles

            Challenge yourself with an intense football style boot camp with former professional football player Ian Beckles as he takes you through drills and strength exercises. (Led by Ian Beckles)

Beach Cardio

            Three steps up from your typical morning walking group, this cardio class is a great way to kick off your weekend with running, walking and other body weight drills on the beautiful beach. (Led by Amanda Berridge)

Cycling

            This 50 minute cycling class is suited for all fitness levels, held in our spinning room to upbeat spinning music. (Led by Analisa Falcon)

Boxing for Fitness and Cardio Boxing

            Our boxing classes, led by one of our boxing coaches, will allow you to get a great workout through boxing drills and instruction, from foot work to punching bag practice. This session is perfect for both those looking for a great cardio experience, as well as those looking to develop and improve their boxing skills.
